Track13F aggregates and presents institutional holdings disclosed in SEC Form 13F filings by investment managers with over $100 million in qualifying assets. We compile these quarterly filings and organize them so they are searchable and comparable. The site is an informational and research tool.
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. 13F filings are disclosed after the quarter ends and can be up to 45 days stale by the time they are public; a manager may have already changed a position you see reported. 13F reports also omit short positions and certain assets. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
13F filings are prepared by the filers and can contain errors, amendments, and classification differences. We parse filings with automated tooling and human review but do not warrant that every record is complete or error-free. Derived figures such as portfolio values and returns are estimates provided "as is" and may be delayed. We may change or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
